My goal of having a healthy mind and body is always a top priority. However, the struggles are way too much to be bear, and some challenges are hard to accomplish. For instance, the one thing I want so badly is to lose weight. When it comes to dedication and determination, I am confident to have it. However, despite the positive attitude I invest towards the goal, I still can feel a little anxious and sometimes depressed about slow progress.
